Terms of Use

Dunkly is a basketball training and performance app that may include features such as training plans, drills, match tracking, nutrition tracking, game analysis, reminders, and other related tools.

You may use Dunkly only if you are legally allowed to use the app under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of legal majority in your location, you should use Dunkly with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Some Dunkly features use third-party artificial intelligence services, including Google's Gemini API, for game analysis and nutrition tracking.

If you choose to use those features, you agree that the relevant content you choose to analyze, such as food photos, video footage, selected video frames, and related prompts, may be sent to those external services for processing in order to provide results inside the app.

AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your particular situation. You are responsible for how you use any analysis, recommendations, nutrition estimates, or other outputs generated by Dunkly.

Dunkly does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutritional counseling, coaching guarantees, or professional sports evaluation services.

Any workout suggestions, nutrition estimates, player analysis, scores, progress indicators, or other content in the app are general informational tools only and should not replace advice from qualified professionals.

Some parts of Dunkly may require a paid subscription or purchase to access.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple's App Store, billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your App Store account settings and Apple's terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the purchase flow, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your Apple account settings.

Deleting your account in Dunkly, deleting local app data, or removing the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Apple.

Dunkly stores most app data locally on your device. We do not provide a central Dunkly user database for routine in-app data storage.

You are responsible for the device you use, including its security settings, backup settings, and who has access to it.

You can delete your Dunkly data at any time in the app by going to Profile and selecting Delete account. This removes the profile and local Dunkly data stored on that device.

You agree not to:

use Dunkly in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive way

attempt to copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the app or related services, except where that restriction is not allowed by law

use Dunkly or its outputs as a substitute for emergency, medical, legal, or other professional advice

upload or submit content you do not have the right to use

Dunkly, including its app design, branding, software, text, graphics, and related content, is owned by Dunkly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Dunkly for its intended purpose.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Dunkly at any time, with or without notice, to the extent allowed by law.

We do not guarantee that the app or any feature will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunkly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, fitness, or availability of the app, AI outputs, training recommendations, nutrition estimates, or other results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunkly and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Dunkly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your use of Dunkly is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dunkly if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a way that could create harm, legal exposure, or abuse.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the text at this location. Your continued use of Dunkly after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
